We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator for a 3rd shift position with our client in Amesbury, MA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who takes pride in producing high-quality metal components and working independently during off-shift hours.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM
Salary Range: $57,000-$76,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Select appropriate tooling, dies, and materials for each job
- Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and consistent quality
- Inspect finished parts using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues
- Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Previous press brake operating experience required
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
